What is your returns policy and guarantee?

All items are protected by our 30-day money back guarantee entitling you to a refund or replacement as long as the item is unused, unworn and is returned in a saleable condition.  This is extended to 60 days over the festive period.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

How can I return an item(s)

To return an item(s) please call Customer Care on 01796 481680 or email sales@highlandsjewellery.co.uk and we will arrange to send you a Freepost label enabling you to return the item(s) to us at no cost to yourself.  Please note that the original delivery charge on an order is not refundable.

We do recommend that you request a certificate of posting (free) from the Post Office if you return goods.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt but please allow 7 days for clearance to your card account.

How long will it take to deliver a replacement item?

Returns are processed and despatched within 48 hours of receipt. If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund.
